I am Ares the God of War. I think Odysseus and his strategies through all of his battles have not always been the best. I don't think all of his strategies have been good because he wouldn't of lost so many men, if he didn't wait to see the Cyclops and when they were in his cave if he wouldn't of made the Cyclops mad, he wouldn't of eaten any of his men. I think one time that Odysseus had a good strategy was when he came up with the idea for him and his men to hide under the sheep bellies when the Cyclops lets them out in the morning to graze in the grass. My opinion of Odysseus is that he doesn't always really care about what happens to his men. This would be because he put put them in danger quite a few times, even if it wasn't on purpose. I also believe that another good strategy that helped Odysseus save himself and his men, was when he decided that they will stab the Cyclops in the eye so he couldn't see them in the morning when they hide under the sheep bellies. I don't think Odysseus thinks about what he does or says very often because when they were on their ship getting away from the Cyclops, the Cyclops yelled and Odysseus told his men not to say anything but then Odysseus himself yelled at the Cyclops and almost got them all killed.
